Baleeia Minggia-Baker is the widow of Gerry Baker, the mother of their children Deborah and Tinisha and grandmother of Nova and Christian Jr. Her son is KCJ. Baleeia has faced many more hardships than any person should have experienced. She lost her twin to SIDS, was molested as a child, and emotionally abused prior to finding true love. She survived Toxic Shock Syndrome leaving her with permeant lung damage. Her faith lifted her beyond her hardships to become a creative force, seeing the positive possibilities in life. She is more than a fiction writer promoting love, forgiveness and positive motivation to serve others. She is a worshiper in movement, entrepreneur with many creative gifts. She feels blessed by God letting you know without hesitation, she's God's Girl and stands on His word in Romans 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."
